Conditions

 The invoice is prepared based on services ordered covering the entire stay, the customer is requested to pay the utmost attention to the following cancellation conditions:

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing and accompanied by documented proof.

• More than 45 days before arrival: refund of the deposit paid, minus the handling fee (50 €).
  Between 45 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be kept.
  Between 29 and 15 days before arrival: 80% of the total amount of the reservation will be kept.
  Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be retained.
  Shortened stay: In case of early departure or late arrival, the stay previously booked and confirmed by us will be fully charged at the current rate.

   

Cancellation insurance: It is preferable and advisable to read conditions linked to a payment of the deposit with your Credit Card.

A reservation is considered firm only if it is accompanied by a deposit of 50% of the price of the total stay. Please note: for stays booked with the special rate non refundable, prepayment of the full balance will be requested as a deposit.

Non-payment of the deposit before the due date will result in automatic cancellation of the booking. The oral or written transmission of your credit card is an agreement to debit the deposit amount agreed upon when booking the stay, similar to a payment by check (C. Cassation Civil 1_ 19 October 1999 -. no. 1379). For all stays an invoice will be sent indicating the various services chosen. Without modification on the part of the client, this will become contractual and the general conditions of sale will be considered to have been read and accepted.

Rooms are available early in the afternoon and must be vacated before 11 on the day of departure.
